Notre équipe dédiée à votre autonomie

Depuis 15 ans, nous aidons les personnes âgées et les personnes en situation de handicap à maintenir leur autonomie à domicile grâce à une équipe professionnelle et dévouée.

Notre équipe d'auxiliaires de vie, d'assistantes de vie et d'aides à domicile, sous la supervisation de notre directrice de la coordination gérontologique, a un rôle primordial et d’importantes responsabilités auprès de nos aînés et personnes en situation de handicap. En rejoignant Gaïa Autonomie, les professionnels de l’aide à la personne ont pour mission d’assister une ou plusieurs personnes âgées dans les actes de la vie quotidienne: aide à la toilette, aide au lever et au coucher, aide aux courses, aide à la prise des repas, accompagnement aux sorties, entretien du cadre de vie... Ils ou elles ont pour ambition de créer rapidement un lien de confiance avec chaque personne âgée accompagnée ou en situation de handicap afin de leur apporter un maximum de bien être.
